# Services & Tools

We all know that MultiversX is full of visionary builders and users, but to be engaging in whatever you are developing you need user-friendly and low latency interfaces to succeed. \
\
That's what we're doing in BirdiesLabs : **Making life easier** 😎\
\
\
From the very beginning, we've been devoted a lot of energy to setting up an autonomous infrastructure that won't be subject to other services in the ecosystem. That's why we can proudly say that we have our own **Onchain Observer** and our own database, enabling us to interact very quickly with the blockchain. \
\
In this way, we protect ourselves from any technical problems external to the project, while at the same time enhancing our own services.\
\
Our goal is to provide multiple B2B and B2C products in an **all-in-one multi-tool platform** ready for the next bullrun.

The first product we're going to release is a Discord-to-Blockchain Bot named "**Spark**".\
\
Connected to the blockchain twenty-four hours a day, it will meet all your needs. Whether you're at the beginning of your project or in a major development phase, we'll help you to grow !\
\
And if we miss a feature, don't worry.. Just ask and our devs will do it (after a little technical feasibility check up of course) !\
\
\
\&#xNAN;*"**Spark**'s" features :*\
\
\- **Whitelist Manager** (create one or multiple allowlists and manage them)\
\- **Token Manager** (manage role by numbers of NFTs / SFTs / ESDTs or by attributes, verifies your holder, track sales and snipe listings, set parametric snapshot, one or multiple collections)

More services and tools will follow but we prefer share informations about what we built and not what we will build. Stay tuned !
